How do I get the lists of dates and names to show up on the memorandum?
How do I save the memorandum and/or DA6 as PDF file for emailing, etc.?

How do I get the lists of dates and names to show up on the memorandum?

1. Start Autodutypro

2. Go to the DUTY ROSTER section and click on MEMORANDUMS

3. Highlight on the roster in question and click EDIT MEMORANDUM PROPERTIES, then click EDIT MEMORANDUM TEMPLATE

4. When the memorandum template appears on your screen, look for the text:

%[dutylist]

If it appears in the template, highlight it and delete it. Otherwise, position the cursor where you want the list of dates/personnel to show up.

5. Click the INSERT menu option and choose DUTYLIST -- this will put %[dutylist] back into the template. Click the FILE menu option and choose SAVE. Close the template and click SAVE CHANGES.

The special "%[dutylist]" text is the item that makes the dutylist (soldiers and dates pulling duty) pull into the memorandum when you calculate a DA6 (via the wizard) and then say "keep this DA6". It will automatically print the DA6 and Memorandum.
