How do I register/unlock my copy of AutoDutyPRO?
 
NOTE: The instructions below assume that AutoDutyPRO version 4.31 or later has been installed and configured according to our recommendations in the Administrator/Installer Guide. If you have not reviewed that document, please do so before continuing.

If you are attempting to use AutoDutyPRO on a military computer, please contact your S6/IMO/IASO personnel and show them these instructions, as an administrator is required to install the software. On versions 4.31 and later, we also recommend that an administrator complete the activation (register/unlock) step, although a standard user can perform that step without issues.

1. Start AutoDutyPRO.

After a few moments, the Activation screen will be displayed. If the screen indicates the program is RESTRICTED, the license file is missing and this will need to be corrected before continuing, as RESTRICTED versions cannot be unlocked. See: AutodutyPRO is coming up as RESTRICTED

If the screen indicates the program is a TESTDRIVE, and you believe you have a valid, purchased license, please contact us for assistance, as TESTDRIVE versions cannot be unlocked.

2. Simply follow the steps in the Activation Wizard. If you have internet access, the activation process will be done automatically. Otherwise, you may follow the Wizard's phone activation instructions.

3. If the information provided during the wizard is correct, and you have not exceeded the number of licenses permitted, your software will be automatically activated.

4. If you no longer have the activation screen displayed, choose the HELP section in AutoDutyPRO, and then scroll down and click the "About?" icon. Another screen is displayed; click the ACTIVATE button that appears in the lower right corner.
