Stream Write errors when calculating duty rosters

Stream Write errors occur when a memorandum template has become corrupted.

The most common cause for this is editing a memorandum template to include content that was copy-and-pasted from a Microsoft Word document. Because Microsoft Word hides formatting characters, these are usually included in the text that is copy-and-pasted and cannot be seen. These formatting characters, especially in more recent versions of Windows, can trip up AutoDutyPRO's memorandum processing.

To correct this issue, create a new memorandum template from the sample provided with AutoDutyPRO, but instead of using copy-and-paste from the Word document, type out the content into the new template.

Do not forget to save this template with a new name, other than the default SAMPLE.

If this does not correct the issue for you, please contact us.
